The Lakes at Highland is an upscale restricted community, located off of historic Highland Road, between Bluebonnet Boulevard and Siegen Lane in South Baton Rouge. Our community of 179 homes is set in lush greenery with 18 acres of ponds and amenities that include a private clubhouse, pool, playground and tennis courts. Our community is overseen by a Volunteer Homeowner Association who is responsible for managing both the activities and finances of the community.
